We are conveniently located in the East Hollywood area of Los Angeles, CA. Immediately adjacent to Silver Lake, Echo Park, Koreatown and Larchmont, we are also less than 10 miles from the nearby cities of West Hollywood, Burbank and Glendale. Our office is just 2 blocks west of the Beverly & Vermont Metro red-line station. The main parking entrance is on Beverly Blvd. See map below for driving directions.

ON-LINE LAB RESULTS:
Patients may review their own lab results directly on-line or using the MyQuest App at QuestDiagnostics.com.
SCHEDULING:
The reception desk is available MON -- FRI 10am -- 6pm (excluding holidays).
Please be aware, we do not accept walk-in's. All patients are seen by appointment only. We do accomodate urgent care visits which can usually be arranged the same or next day.
There may, however, be a short waiting period for new patients.
BILLING & INSURANCE:
All major credit cards are accepted.
We are a preferred / in-network provider for Medicare as well as most PPO and HMO plans including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, CCN, Cigna, First Health, HealthNet, Humana, Pacificare, PHCS, Tri-Care, UFCW, UMR and United Healthcare.
Among the covered-california network of health-plans, we accept Blue Shield PPO/EPO.
Our on-line, secure patient portal for access to billing and medical records
will be available in 2023.
