Reception Desk & Administrative Hours
The reception desk is available (excluding holidays and closed for lunch daily from 1pm -- 2 pm) at the times noted below. Additionally, billing, administrative, clinical research, phlebotomy, scheduled procedural, urgent health care & nurse visits may be scheduled during these times:
MONDAY: 10 AM -- 1 PM; 2 PM -- 6 PM
TUESDAY: 10 AM -- 1 PM; 2 PM -- 6 PM
WEDS: 10 AM -- 1 PM; 2 PM -- 6 PM
THURS: 10 AM -- 1 PM; 2 PM -- 6 PM
FRI: 10 AM -- 1 PM; 2 PM -- 6 PM

ALL OFFICE VISITS (PRIMARY-CARE & CONSULTATIONS) REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT.
PLEASE BE AWARE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN'S.
We do accomodate urgent visits which can usually be arranged the same or next day (based upon availability when calling the reception desk.)

MONDAY: 2 PM -- 7 PM
TUESDAY: 10 AM -- 1 PM*; 2 PM -- 7 PM
WEDS: 10 AM -- 1 PM**
THURS: 4 PM -- 9 PM
FRI: 2 PM -- 7 PM
*Tues AM office-visits are based on availibility of Diagnostic Testing / Phlebotomy Program.
** Weds office-visits are based on availability of HIV & Mens Health Clinical Research Program as well as General Medicine - Diagnostic Testing & Phlebotomy appointments.
