Once registered & logged on to LASCMA's secure on-line account on the Medem Network, established clients with the practice may be able to submit medical questions, request non-urgent medical advise or even receive results of certain tests on any computer with internet access. This service does involve a fee, but provides the added convenience of not necessarily having to otherwise schedule an appointment to speak with the doctor. Keep in mind, this is only reserved for NON-URGENT medical matters and there is no guarantee that an office visit or follow-up may not be advised in order to adequately respond to your request.
If you wish to submit a request for an on-line consult, you must first register and then log on to the Medem Network using your assigned username & password. It is not until you make an actual online consult request that your credit will be charged a fee.
